They are an excellent source of support and a helpful resource. Their offices are open Monday to Friday 10.30am to 12.30pm. CRUSE Gwent also runs a Friendship Group which meets every Monday morning. RD4U - is a website designed for young people by young people. It is part of Cruse Bereavement Care's Youth Involvement Project and is here to support people after the death of someone close. RD4U means the 'road for you' - the main aim of the site is to let you find your own 'road' to dealing with your loss.

Befriending Service - Need someone to talk to and to help out? Get in touch with our befriending service, which offers support and help on a personal level. Wellbeing Centre - Natural healing sessions and meditation an all-round approach to wellbeing after bereavement. Social and support groups - Self support and social groups meeting in and around the Newport area, providing caring and understanding support at a vunerable time.
