At St Woolos Hospital, on 16 June 2020, after courageously winning his battle against Covid-19, John, aged 79 years, passed away peacefully from pneumonia. He was an adoring husband to Jacqueline, a devoted father to Lucinda, Geraldine and Peter, and proud grandfather of Alexander and Gabrielle. Our lives will be darker without him, but he will forever remain in our hearts.

A private funeral, due to current circumstances, will be held on 2nd July at 10:10. The hearse will leave from John and Jacqueline’s family home at 09:40, for those who would like to pay their respects whilst socially distancing.
