Passed away peacefully on 7th July 2026, aged 91, following a short illness.
Loving husband of the late Margaret, beloved dad to Nigel and Helen, dear father-in-law to Elizabeth and Mike, much loved grandfather of Stephanie, Zoe, Eleanor, Isabelle and Sophie and proud great grandfather of Ffion.
A well known Spar retailer in the Newport area, Phillip later became a devoted bowls enthusiast with Beechwood Bowling Club and Newport Indoor Bowls Club.
Funeral service to be held on Monday 3rd August at Langstone Vale Crematorium at 2.30pm.
