It is with the deepest regret, we announce the sudden passing of Sara Tanner, who sadly passed away in Pompei, Italy.

Mum to Rhys and Dylan, daughter to Audrey and Eric, partner to Darren. There are no words to express the monumental loss and void that can never be filled in our lives. The kindest, most selfless and courageous person anyone had the pleasure of knowing, the centre of our family and our whole wide world. You always have been and forever will be our best friend.

The loss of Sara is unimaginable. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but also by her customers of which she catered and baked exceptionally well for.

Please guide us, protect us and give us the strength we need until we see you again. Your energy lives on in our minds and hearts, we love you so very much, forever and always.

Sara’s funeral will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Christchurch on Thursday 24th September at 2pm followed by private burial. Please wear traditional funeral attire. Family flowers only please may be sent to Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
