Sadly passed away on 11th February 2026 aged 40 years.

Luke was truly the life and soul of the party, bringing laughter, warmth and energy wherever he went. He will be forever loved and deeply missed – always 40, forever young in our hearts.

Devoted husband to Rachel, much loved son to Ruth and the late Tony, caring brother to Abbie and Lee, and proud and loving dad to Tia.

A celebration of Luke’s life will be held on Friday 13th March at 1pm at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu made payable to the RNLI & Mental Health Matters Wales may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
