Tovey Bros. was established in Newport in 1860, and remains under family ownership and management. Our service to Newport and the surrounding areas spans six generations of our family and over 150 years.
The company is a long standing member of both the National Association of Funeral Directors and SAIF. In addition, Tovey Bros is Wales’ only member of the society which acts as a forum for the leading independent funeral businesses, and is joined by invitation only as a result of maintaining the highest possible standards in funeral directing. We offer advice on all aspects of funeral services, including pre-planning. We provide prepayment plans as part of our service, for which separate brochures are available.
This page itemises the various options available in funeral services and charges, together with some typical complete funerals. The guide cannot be comprehensive, and hence we are able to advise on any service you may require. It is our aim to arrange the funeral just as you would wish it. Prices are shown in the PDF.
It is our policy to provide all clients with a confirmation of the required funeral arrangements together with a detailed estimate of charges, before the day of the funeral.
