Sadly passed away at the Grange University Hospital on 14th February 2026, aged 36 years.

Gareth’s family have asked that all attending are more than welcome to wear formal or informal wear with a splash of green or blue as they were Gareth’s favourite colours.

Funeral will be held on Monday 16th March, Tovey Bros Chapel at 1.30pm followed by the committal at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu made payable to the Critical Care Unit at the Grange University Hospital (Cheques made payable to Aneurin Bevan University Health Board with Critical Care Unit noted on the back) may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9-11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH
