Bob sadly passed away on 20th March 2026 at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport aged 73 years, formerly of Abergavenny and later of Ridgeway Avenue, Newport.
Loving husband of Bettine and wonderful dad of Kate and Josh
Brother of Huw, sister in law of Helen and ‘Uncle Bob’ to Emily and Bethan.
Brother in law of Gwyn, Clive and Caroline, uncle of Ben, William, Elliott, Nicholas and Christopher and Grampa Bob to Eevee.
Funeral, Wednesday 29th April, service at St Woolos Cathedral at 11.45am followed by committal at Gwent Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, to the Wooden Spoon Society may be given online or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport and the Grange University Hospital, Cwmbran.
