Outside work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing football, mountain walking, keeping fit and motivating others. He enjoys all sports, especially athletics, football and motorsports, and also works as a Level 2 UK Athletics sprints coach for Newport Harriers, Christian Malcolm’s Sports Academy, Disability Sports Wales and Team GB.
