Peacefully on 6th June at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, Cardiff, aged 5 years. Adored by his parents Will and Lucy, his brothers Rhys, Morgan and Sebastian, his grandparents Chris and the late John Alfred, Barbara and Hywel, and by his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was loving and cheeky. We will all miss the Charlie effect in our lives. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Langstone Vale Crematorium on Thursday 25th June at 2pm to which all are welcome to attend. Please wear something red to reflect Charlie’s love of Elmo.
