On 21st December 2025 at Chepstow Community Hospital, Howard aged 85 years, formerly of Goldcliff, Newport.
Much loved brother of Graham and his partner Denise, brother in law of the late Ann and a loving uncle, great uncle and friend to many.
Funeral will be held on Tuesday 27th January, service at Langstone Vale Crematorium at 12noon.
