Sadly passed away on 16th November. Jakki, a much loved wife of Nigel, loving mother of Jacob and a treasured Grandmother to grandson Phinehas, mother-in-law to Sabrina.
Jakki will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Langstone Vale Crematorium on Friday 19th December at 2:00pm.
