On 28th September, peacefully at home with her family, after a second battle with cancer, aged 47 years, much loved wife of Jamie, loving Mum of Lowri and Charlie, beloved daughter of Geraldine and the late Gerald Adams and dear sister of Lorraine. Funeral Thursday 30th October, service at Gwent Crematorium, Croesyceiliog at 12noon. Please wear traditional funeral clothes. Family flowers only please.
