On the 29th December 2023, following a short illness, Mark sadly passed away at the Grange University Hospital. Mark will be sorely missed by his devoted wife Angie, their daughters Sian and Lauren, much loved grandchildren Evan, Jayden and Harper, Mark’s son Callum, sisters Ruth and Kindwyn, brothers-in-law, Ralph, Garvin and David & wider family and friends.

Funeral will be held on Friday 2nd February, the service will take place at 11.30am at Crosskeys RFC, Pandy Park, NP11 7BS, followed by the committal at 1.30pm at Gwent Crematorium, Treherbert Road, Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran, NP44 2BZ, then returning to Crosskeys RFC to celebrate Mark’s Life.

Family flowers only, donations for St David’s Hospice Care and Crosskeys RFC can be given at the service, or cheques payable to the charity or club can be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Rd , Newport, NP20 2EH.

The family have requested the dress code to be black and white to represent Mark’s pride and passion of Crosskeys RFC, but please feel free to wear any rugby colours, jerseys, ties etc.
