Suddenly at home on 28th February, aged 63 years, devoted husband of Margaret and brother of Brian and the late Sian, and uncle of Carley and Thomas. Tim will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral Tuesday 14th April, service at the Private Chapel of Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH at 2pm followed by interment at Usk Castle Chase Natural Burial Ground.
